Pacific Grove is located just north of 90th and Pacific, the current address is 1018 S 90th Street,Omaha NE 68114. It has quick access to both Dodge and Interstate, allowing one to get to most places in Omaha in 15 minutes or less!

What is the timeline for the homes to be ready?

Who is the builder?

The homes will be built by Willow Custom Homes.

Will these be townhomes, condos or single family homes?

The Pacific Grove pocket neighborhood will feature all single family detached homes.

Will there be an HOA and what will it cover?

The neighborhood will have an HOA that will include services for all lawn maintenance and snow removal from the main street as well as driveways and sidewalks.

What street would provide the main access to the neighborhood?

Access would be direct from 90th Street. During the winter months, 90th Street is an emergency snow route, allowing for fast exit without having to worry about making it through unplowed residential streets.

Are the homes going to be available for rent?

No, they are all single family detached and sold as a semi-custom new home.

Are these remodeled or new homes?

Our homes will be all new construction from the ground up. No need to worry about the condition of the home, unexpected repairs, old plumbing, electrical systems that need updating, lead or asbestos.
